We have five brand-new Specialist Disability Accommodation houses in Maryborough, Victoria that are almost ready for tenants to move into.
Each house is:

Most importantly, these houses are run by us – ASTERIA Services.
We are a not-for-profit community-owned organisation, which means any money we make goes back into our organisation to benefit our participants.
These brand-new houses are available to people with Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) funding.

- Single occupant
- In a tranquil bush setting
Plus, each house comes with:
- Fridge
- Washing machine
- Dryer
- Lounge room furniture
- Outdoor furniture
Most importantly, these houses are run by us – ASTERIA Services.
We are a not-for-profit community-owned organisation, which means any money we make goes back into our organisation to benefit our participants.
These brand-new houses are available to people with Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) funding.
According to the NDIS:
“Specialist disability accommodation (SDA) is a range of housing designed for people with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs. SDA dwellings have accessible features to help residents live more independently and allow other supports to be delivered better or more safely.”

Do you have a friend, family member or participant who has Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) funding? Let them know about this wonderful opportunity to make one of these brand-new houses their home.
These SDA houses are a short distance from ASTERIA Service’s head office, where we host community access activities and supported employment for our participants. So, if your loved one or participant is new to Maryborough, there are plenty of events for them to be a part of. We consider ourselves a family at ASTERIA, and we welcome new people into it. We are looking for disability support workers to be part of the ASTERIA family and a part of this important new project.
Specialist Disability Accommodation provides housing for participants with complex needs. We want all our participants to have the best care and support possible. If you would like a new role that is challenging and meaningful, we would love to hear from you. What’s in it for you:

Maryborough is less than an hour’s drive from Ballarat, and many people in town make the commute for work.
