How can I use Support Coordination?

ASTERIA can provide you with Support Coordination to ensure you are getting the best value out of your National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plan.

The role of a Support Coordinator is:
  • To help manage your NDIS funded supports and assist you to work with other mainstream services
  • Offer you choice in service providers that meet your needs
  • Liaise with support providers to negotiate services, prices, quotes and service agreements
  • Ensure your plan provides reasonable and necessary funded supports
  • Assist with your NDIS plan review.
